There are 20 fish (2 of each of 10 different varieties) all with a magnetic button on their back. Two beech rods have nylon lines and a small magnet at the end, so when hovered over a fish it can be caught and lifted out. Children may be able to identify a flat fish, a jelly fish, a puffer fish, an eel and other varieties sparking an interest in sea creatures in general. The game requires concentration, dexterity and will help children with their fine motor skills. When two children play together, the game is fun and exciting. Who can catch one of each variety first, who can catch the jelly fish, who can catch all the blue fish? The sea is a different environment from the one we live in, and a new world of discovery filled with amazing creatures awe and wonder.
