At Bellbird, we strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchased items, if for any reason there is an issue, you may raise a claim to be assessed for replacement, repair or refund of your item(s).

Please complete the below form to lodge your claim, once your claim is lodged you will receive a confirmation email from our claims team advising you of your Claim Number (RMA Number).

You can use this number at any time to check the progress of your claim. Claims can take 5-10 Business Days to be assessed and processed so if your claim is urgent and requires immediate attention due to safety concerns or rating and assessment etc. please call our friendly customer service on 1300 365 268 or email on enquire@bellbird.com.au
