4 tbsp cream of tartar
1 cup salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Food Colouring - we used the EC Craft Liquid Fun Dye (code 112295T)

Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a large saucepan
Stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, until mixture congeals
Split the playdough into small quantities after cooking, add a few drops of different coloured food dye and knead together.
